Oxidised water allows you to “breathe” underwater.

Turns out that if you oxidise this liquid a normal animal (such as a mouse) or human can easily “breathe” the liquid into their lungs and fully function. Here is an experiment on a mouse using a similar solution.
Holy shit I want some of this. This would be fun to play with. They should make all the water like this. We can all be fishpeople! Rarr!
